A paper from Michael Gaddis’ dissertation titled “Discrimination in the Credential Society: An Audit Study of Race, Social Class, and College Selectivity in the Labor Market.” has been awarded the James E. Blackwell distinguished graduate student paper award from the Section on Racial and Ethnic Minorities, the graduate student paper award from the Section on Inequality, Poverty, and Mobility, and was named honorable mention for the David Lee Stevenson graduate student paper award from the Sociology of Education section.
