Congratulations to graduate student Aseem Hasnain! We was recently awarded an Off-Campus Dissertation Research Fellowship for Fall 2012.
These non-service fellowships support students conducting dissertation research away from the Chapel Hill campus. Awardees receive a competitive stipend, tuition, fees, and health insurance for one academic semester. Applications are competitively reviewed each semester and awards made as Graduate School funding is available.
