Jack W. Daum Fund

The Jack W Daum fund for sociology was established by Penny Daum Aldrich in 2005 in honor of her late father, Jack Daum. As a lifelong learner, Jack was proud that two of his grandsons graduated from UNC Chapel Hill. The fund was established to support various discretionary activities, including support for teaching, faculty research or professional travel, and other activities which would benefit Department operations.
